I learned a lot about myself and community corrections while working here. This is a much needed facility in the community that offers offenders a chance to acclimate back to society. Would not recommend anyone to this place of work. They do not give anyone any benefits and have no paid time off, they also do not treat their employees fair.

Although the experience gained was very beneficial there was a lot of turnover with employees. At times there was forced overtime and no proper training is given to deal with the stressfulness of the job. No room for advancement. Supportive, fun, and appreciative work environment.
