Do not get any sealer or any debris in the rotors during installation. Do not use too much sealer or it will squeeze out into the rotors which will damage the supercharger.

Completely clean any old sealer off the surfaces you are connecting the supercharger to because leaving the old sealer on the flanges will distort the supercharger housing when bolted together and cause failure. Follow the instructions on the package of the sealer for best results. You will want a minimum gap of 0.

The gap can be greater than 0. The smaller the gap between the rear housing and the back rotor faces, the tighter the supercharger seal. The rotors should never touch each other or the housing internal bores, anywhere at all. Add core charge if you want this kit to ship right away, before we receive your used core rotor assembly.
